The Frankie Shop offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible full-priced items. Please ensure all garments remain unworn, unwashed, and with all original designer tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the return authorization form provided during the portal checkout.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt for tracking updates until your refund is processed.
